Recipe 2: Chicken Tikka Kebabs

Really delicious! I have this recipe for 1 but could serve 2 for a lunch especially if served with big salad or lots of veggie rice.

Kebabs

1 medium chicken breast (cubed)
1 onion (cut into bite sized pieces)
50g LF natural yoghurt
1 heaped tsp curry powder (or Garam Masala, Chilli Powder & Tumeric)
Skewers

1. Put cubed chicken into a bowl and stir in spices. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Add in yoghurt and stir well.
3. Thread chicken and onion onto skewers.
4. Spray a baking sheet with a little Frylight and place the skewers onto it.
5. Grill under a medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Serve with vegetable rice or with dips and salad.

Points per serving - 3 (made with 165g chicken breast)
