Low Point Snacks

Someone on the 5+ board was asking about low point snacks so I thought I would make a list of things I like for future reference:

Grapes (100g = 1)
Weight Watchers Peanut, Raisin & Chocolate Bar (1.5)
Light Choices Potato Thins (1)
Light Choices Pretzels (1.5)
Diet Coke (0)
Walls Mini Milk lolly (0.5)
WWFH Chocolate Ecláir (1.5)
HM Garlic Cheesy Bread (1 slice of WW bread, 1/2 clove of garlic, 30g of LF cheese, scrape of ELF Flora - 1point)
Quick Tomato Soup (tin of tomatoes, dried herbs, chilli powder, splash of balsamic vinegar - 0 points)
WW citrus yoghurt (0.5)
Crudites with curry dip (LF natural yoghurt mixed with curry powder and tsp of mango chutney - 1 point)
Frozen summer berries (cooked in microwave - 0.5)
Butternut Squash Chips (0)
Meringues (0.5)
Vegie soup made with Oxo cube (0)
Pickled Onions (0)
Hartleys Sugar Free Jelly (0)
Golden Syrup Flavour Oats-so-simple (2 - made with water)
25g cous cous mixed with dry fried vegetables (1)


I'm of the view that if you are really desperate for a snack, it may be better to actually cook/ prepare something. It takes up more time that would be spent thinking about food and it gives your brain time to assess whether it really is hungry or just bored!
