Measuring the Loss
I have been taking my measurements every 3 weeks or so and thought I'd post the latest ones on here. I measure in cm! The biggest percentage loss is for my neck, which is really good as it is there that will affect my sleep disorder. I stayed the same this week (not really surprising considering lack of weighing, tracking but I'm back on it today) and these measurements really help me stay focussed.

Well done on your measurements and the losses you have had :0)
ReplyDeleteIt certainly does make things better seeing losses on the tape measure if the scales are being a bit on the nasty side!!
Keep up the great work :-)

Well done honey! That is great. Frankly, you have done so well so far that you could not lose for another 5 weeks and still being doing amazingly well.
ReplyDeleteMe on the other hand, I can already see my stomach getting bigger with all of the alcohol and American food - not a chance in hell of pointing. But you've just spurred me on to continue my points as soon as I hit English soil.
