Ahhh Slipping!

This has been a very difficult week Weight Watchers wise. On Thursday, I had a big job interview and the night before, I was too nervous to cook, so I had a takeaway. Nothing terrible (chinese) but still out of my points and planned food. Then Thursday, I scoffed a lot from a buffet provided for us because we had parents' evening (and I was relieved because I'd got the job!). Since then, I haven't stayed on track at all. I can feel the excuses starting - I've had a stressful week, I deserve to treat myself after getting the job, I have no food in the house etc.. This is a slippery slope for me.

I've done so well up to now and really can't let it slip any more than it has already. So, will plan my meals for the week and do a shop tomorrow after work. On a plus note, I felt so confident going for my interview being this new slimmer me and even managed to talk about my new lifestyle under a 'something you are proud of' question!

I also have some new date goals -

May 29th - Lunch @ Claridges (and seeing old school friend who's Head Chef there) (14 stone)
July 19th - Race for Life (13 stone 8lbs)
September 1st - 1st day in new job (13 stone)
25th October - Friend's wedding (12 stone)
22nd Dec - Approx date of work xmas party (11 stoneish)

  2. Thanks Joy & Lorr, I needed to hear that! Definitely back on track today - even had room for a whole box of Mikado Choclate Sticks (4 points)!
