Picture Update!

Two recent photographs to show. The first one is me at 13 stone 11lbs and the second on is from this morning at 13 stone 6 lbs after losing just over 3 stone.





























This is the original one, taken the first night I got weighed in January at 16 stone 6.5 lbs:















I think I can see quite a difference!!
