Today I went to a baby shower/ BBQ and it has been my first test of the 'diet'. I am very pleased with myself however, as I have managed to retain 5 points for the rest of the day which is more than enough. I was pretty good and didn't drink. I had a few snacky things and some cream on my desert which in retrospect, I didn't need. I had 1 burger in a bun and one sausage in a roll. I'd made some salads so I could confidently point those. I have guestimated that I have had about 20 points at the BBQ but I'd saved up 4 points from yesterday and it was an all day thing. So what shall I have for tea????
Hmmmm might have some grilled asparagus with lemon and chilli (0)
beans on toast (3,5)
tuna salad (2)
I can't decide!
