The Difference a Few Pounds Makes

Well it's only Day 4 but I'm noticing changes already!

1) I get hungry at the right times again so I am more likely to eat a proper meal rather than grazing continuously before making a dinner at 8/9pm.
2) I have PCOS and get very bad skin on my face. It is already feeling less greasy and less angry.
3) I'm planning my meals and snacks so there's food in the flat. It means no trips to the local shop for naughty stuff or takeaways!
4) I have my TOTM. Now for most women that would not be a good thing but I ony have a few a year due my PCOS and I like getting them as it makes me feel 'normal'. Now, 4 days into my WW may be too soon to attribute one to the other but it might just be!
5) I can see myself thin. I have the old feeling back of what will be.
6) I'm eating yummy food that I look forward to again rather than eating any old crap.

I am terrible for sneaky peaking on the scales - I know this is controversial, but it works for me and I am very realistic about the fluctuations - and already there are indications for a big loss this week! Can't wait til Thursday!!

  1. I would find it very weird to have real totm! My PCOS is treated with The Pill, so I get fake totm with that. I will also find it very weird to be thin, as from the age of about 10 I have considered myself overweight. It'll be a good weird though :)

    As for yummy food, I do find I'm enjoying what I eat these days - going "yummm" to yogurts and veg, rather than eating the junk food that I thought I liked.
