Good day!


Well it's day 3 on the Big WW Diet and things are going well still. I've been really lazy and barely moved away from the TV all day but my eating has been very good. I had a yogurt and a peanut bar for breakfast (pre Tesco delivery of food!), a pomegranite and feta salad for lunch and just had some gorgeous lemon, ginger, herbs & chilli marinated chicken drumsticks with veggie rice. This must be the first time in ages that I've actually got my 5-a-day!

My meals are planned for the week and the fridge and cupboards are full of good stuff. I've still got points left (6) so can have a nice pudding (thinking eton mess) and some evening snacks. I've still got loads of work to finish tonight so at least I'm in a good mood for it now. Looking forward to the week ahead and can't wait for Thursday's weigh-in!
