Tonight a took a huge step to getting back on track - I went back to my Weight Watchers meeting. I very nearly didn't go but when I walked in, I realised that I was in my 'safe' place again! I recognised a few old faces but mosty they were new people. The scales landed on 17 stone 1lb which although horrible, wasn't really a shock. I stocked up on the magazine, some peanut bars and some crisps and now feel ready to go.
This week isn't a great week to start as I have a BBQ on Saturday and a meal out on Tuesday but I'm looking forward to planning my meals again. I still need to do a good shop but it can wait til tomorrow night.
I'm not setting any firm goals yet, but will have a think and put some on here soon.

Well done for going back to meetings!! With the BBQ see if you can plan ahead, maybe even take your own things such as some veggie kebabs or some quorn burgers to be cooked for you? They are much lower in points!

Thanks Bryher. I've made some salads to take to the BBQ and saved 4 points from yesterday and I'm driving so I wont drink - should get me through safey! The meal is at a mexican (not one of the common ones) so I'll see what I can find out. However, I have always found these Mexicans hard as the portions are so big! x
