Gym Bunny!


After months of thinking about it, I have finally joined a gym. It's a really nice one with a large gym, lots of classes, a 20m pool and spa. I've already been 5/7 days this week and feel really motivated to use it. I'm using the treadmill, rowing machine, cross trainer and bike at the moment using a set programme that my instructor has set up for me.

I've bought some gym clothes and new trainers and for the first time in ages, I don't feel like the fat girl at the gym. Granted, I'm a long way off the bronzed, scantily clad bunnies that look amazing even when they are sweating buckets, but I'll get there!

Back to work next week (Wednesday) - can't wait to be honest!

  1. Woooohoooo, you go girl. Well done on joining the gym. I'm still afraid of going and being the biggest girl there. You're sounding really motiviated. With all that exercise you should have a good weight loss this week.

  3. Good job! That is a major step. Working with a trainer/ instructor helps a lot too. That way you have someone to motivate you and point you in the right direction.
