Ingredients:200g small prawns
2 tomatoes chopped
1/2 green chilli chopped
1 onion finely sliced
1 clove of garlic chopped
equal amount of ginger chopped
tsp cumin seeds
tsp tumeric
tsp Garam Masala
bunch of corriander roughly chopped
Spray Oil
Method:
1) Spray a pan with oil and add cumin seeds to lightly toast
2) Add garlic, ginger and onion and fry for a couple of minutes
3) Add spices and chilli and stir in
4) Add prawns and tomato and stir well
5) Add the corriander and salt if you like
Serve on a hot low fat naan (I use Tesco Light Choices naan)
SERVES 2: Masala (1 point each), Naan (5 points each)
