Back on Track Baby!

I am well and truely back into my weight loss journey. For future reference I thought I would write down how I've got back on track:

1: I had to see myself as being overweight again. This sounds silly but I was so happy with not feeling like a prize heffer and fitting into size 16 trousers that I lost sight of how big I still was. I needed to feel bad about how big I was again to spur me on for the next stage.

2: I went clothes shopping. Like my first point, I needed to know that size 16 was a little too tight after my weight gain and I needed to see what I could be wearing if I lost a little more.

3: I needed a last goodbye naughty takeaway.

4: I needed to sit down and plan my meals for the week again and shop only for the things on my list.

5: I needed to start tracking everything I ate again.

6: I needed to record my gains and losses from the last month on the online tracker and on my spreadsheet.

I feel I am back on it properly again and am not tempted to stray. I know I may come up against this wall again but I hope I can battle through it and get back on the wagon again.
