I went back to my meeting last week to find I'd put on 6.5lbs! I managed to get 2lbs off this week but not really through trying. I'd walked lots but eaten really badly so I was just lucky. So today I need to start again. Am about to plan my meals for the week and will be tracking everything!
I did the Race for Life 2 weeks ago and although I'm proud of myself, the pictures made me realise that I still have quite a bit to lose:
