Woohoo! I lost 2.5 lbs this week, making my total loss 33lbs. I can't believe how easy this all is. Less than 4 months ago I was a size 24, 16 stone 6.5 lbs, unfit, unhappy and unmotivated. Now, I'm a comfortable size 18, 14 stone 1.5 lbs, exercising, happy and brimming with confidence!
I have gone for a little treat of fish and chips tonight (about 14 points) but it only takes me 2.5 points over and it is WI night and I didn't use 5 activity points saved from last week. I didn't enjoy it that much to be honest. The fish was lovely but I'm not a big fan of potatoes so I wont be in a hurry to have it again!
This coming week brings the challenge of my cousin coming to stay. There will be eating out and drinking involved but I'll plough through it. I bought myself a proper pedometer tonight and my running bra & clothes arrived through the post today so I'll up the activity a bit.
