After four weeks of not being completely on track and having small losses on the scales, I am completely back into it. This week has been great - good food, exercise, clothes feeling smaller, comments from other people and good sneaky peeks on the scales. I've not had the urge to binge eat and have stuck within my points every day. I am even eating some chocolate whilst writing this!
In the past, I would have given up after a couple of dodgy weeks, but this time I ploughed through it and it worked. It feels so good and I actually can't wait until weigh in tomorrow.
