Have just been helping my best friend who is doing WW online. She is doing really really well but finding it a little slow, especially as she gets married in 2 week. I just emailed these tips to her. This is what is helping me in my weight loss journey:
1. Drink water religiously (2 pints per day). I hate it but it does work as it helps to create proper good poo (a technical term!) and wash out fat molecules. Don't put squash in it if you can as even low cal/ no sugar stuff has calories.
2. Limit your bread/ pasta/ rice intake (carbs basically). These can cause bloating so try not to have them the day before weigh in. Ordinarily they should only form 1/3 of the food you eat each day.
3. Vary your food. If you have the same thing every day your body gets used to it and your metabolism doesn't work as hard.
4. Don't go over or under your points. I really think one of the reasons why I have done so well is because I rarely go over and then only by less than 10 points in any given week.
5. Limit your alcohol. The drinking bit is fine but you know that as you drink more your choices become less good and there's always post drinking food to think about.
6. Bulk everything out with vegetables. This has really helped me cut out the amount of snacks I have. Put cut up veg in the fridge and take a box of it to work. It's great for nibbling.
7. Don't EVER EVER EVER buy sandwiches from dodgy corner shops - WW wise they are ridiculously high in points (and I can walk to the co-op in 5 mins and get much better choices) and non WW wise I have found mould and other icky things in them!!!
8. Write everything and I mean everything down. Weigh it all and don't let yourself cheat about how much things weigh.
9. Be really really anal about WW. Start a spreadsheet, write a blog, use the message boards, tell everyone about it. Live it baby!
10. Come back to meetings???
11. Exercise
12. Limit takeaways. I've gone from 1-2 per week to 1 per month ish. I know people point them but we can only guess how many points are in what we are eating and even a couple of points out could mean the difference between staying the same and a good loss.
Obviously these were tailored to me and my friend but thought others might find them useful. I'm no scientist so the facts given are from my own opinion only.

Nice tips and I agree with all of them!!
