My Shopping Trip Made Me Cry!

Well next week I'm leading a residential trip to a study centre with 23 8 & 9 year olds - oh what fun! I'm a bit nervous about my diet though as all meals are cooked for us and the homemade biscuits are divine. It also means I can't weigh in on Thursday, so will need to be very good and get up early next Saturday to weigh in at a different place. The major thing for me is that I carry on regardless of what happens next week.

I went shopping today to buy some suitable clothes for the residential. I have very few casual clothes now that I've shed 19lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes! I first played it safe, trying on some clothes in Evans. They were hideous on me and looked like sacks (although, this pleased me!). I eventually decided to venture into Next (their clothes have always come up very small on me). I braved a pair of size 18 jeans and they fit! I had to wipe away a tear in the changing room. I can't wait to lose some more and get into even smaller sizes!
