Well, I've just got in from my week 3 weigh-in and have lost 3.5lbs, bringing my grand total to 11lbs. I must admit, I have just done a little dance around my flat (one of the many joys of living on one's own!). Did I deserve to lose that amount? Abso-bloody-lutely! I have tracked and planned and even walked!
I've been trying some of the recipes from Irresistable and WW magazine this week. It has meant trying some new ingredients, like fillet steak, which I would never normally have and I have enjoyed the ones I've had. However, in true kimberlina stylee, I couldn't stick to the recipes and made them my own.
Clothes are starting to feel looser (have been pulling my trousers up all day!) and my face feels thinner.
Next goal is 5%, which I just need to lose 1lb for and I'm only 3lbs away from my first stone!!
