Half Term Eating Blues

I always knew this week would be make or break week. In the past, when I I've done weight watchers, week 4 has always been the hardest week. Usually, I don't track and eat lots and then don't go to Weigh-In and give up. This time round it even harder because it is half term.

I lose all routine in my life. I am out and about a lot and this means less home cooked, pointed meals and more risky meals out. Plus periods of boredom and therefore snacking. I ate out yesterday, am out tomorrow, eating out Friday pm and then out Saturday for the day at a family gathering.

To make matters even worse, Walkers are doing their 'Vote for Me' promotion. Crisps are most favourite thing in the world! I must admit I have brought the multipacks of the crisps to try. My preferences in order of yummiest to yuckiest:

onion bahji, hoisin duck, builder's breakfast, cajun squirrel, fish & chips, chilli chocolate.

I wont be buying any more now I've tried them all.

So I went over my points yesterday and trying to claw them back today and tomorrow. What ever happens at weigh in on Thursday, I know I must keep going.
