It's been a while since I posted anything on here. I haven't been to Weight Watchers for about a month but I have managed to maintain my weight around the 14 stone mark. I'm definitely going back on Thursday this week, work permitting. I haven't been eating particularly well, although I have been going to the gym about twice a week which has helped.
I've been back on the points since Friday and it's going well. I have been seeing myself as fat again and lots of the clothes that I'd bought when I'd lost 3 stone now are too small and uncomfortable. If I don't get back into it now, I will be no where near my goal by my 30th (February). I already realise that I wont be 9.5 stone by then but I really want to be a size 14 (so probably about 11.5-12 stone). Some new date goals:
October half term (4 weeks): 13 stone 10lbs
Christmas: 13 stone
15th February (Rome): 12 stone 3lbs
26th February (my birthday): 12 stone
