Traidcraft Geo Bars (2.5 but very filling)
Am trying out different ways of beating my bread addicition. Last week it worked well having a high pointed hearty bread (Hovis Seed Sensations - 1.5 each, 3.5 for two). I was very good about limiting how much I had. This week I'm trying WW bread (0.5 each). It's revolting and tastes of nothing so will be interesting if I can steer clear!
